Proof & Satisfaction Policy

Every Zap Crystal crystal is made to order. Payment is collected in full at checkout so we can begin preparing your custom artwork.

Your proof comes first

• Every order includes one proof revision.
• We send a low-resolution, visibly watermarked proof for review before engraving.
• We do not engrave until you explicitly approve the artwork through your private proof link.

Before production

If Zap Crystal cannot make the proof satisfactory before production begins, the owner may issue a full refund. Please use the proof portal to approve artwork or request your included revision.
